Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every invited company starts on a 30-day free trial with no credit card. While the beta is closed you join from the waitlist rather than signing up straight away.
How does billing work?
All plans are subscription-based. Your credit card is charged automatically each month (or annually if you choose the annual plan). You receive a VAT invoice for every payment, sent to the email on your account.
Will I receive invoices?
Yes. All plans include automatic invoicing. A VAT-compliant invoice is generated with every payment and available in your billing settings. You can update your billing details and download past invoices at any time.
What certificate do learners receive?
Learners who complete all 14 chapters and pass every exam receive a HACCP food-safety training certificate. It documents that the holder completed the training and passed the assessment, backed by a live, verifiable record and an automatic retest cadence that keeps it current.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your settings page. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you keep full access until then. No refunds are issued for the remaining period.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your data is safely preserved. Choose a plan to continue, or your account will be paused until you subscribe.
We're a franchise group. Who pays?
Each franchise operator pays for their own sites with their own card. Head office gets a free, read-only view of compliance across every site in the group, but never sees an operator's card or invoices, and operators never see head office's. Franchise groups sit on Enterprise: talk to us and we'll set it up.
